Main Activities:
STRUCTURAL REPAIR
- Study the affected area.
- High skill in accurate removal of affected lamination.
- Balsa.
- PVC Core area damage repairs.
- Careful preparation of Lamination Repair Layers.
- Vacuum and Infusion of lamination.
- Control Required documentation control with accurate data capturing.
Additional:
- Aesthetic repairs.
- Re-coating.
- Removal / Fixing of add-ons, such as; Vortex Generators etc.
Blade Field Inspection & Repair – Onsite
Main Activities:
SUPERVISORS AND/OR ENGINEERS WILL VISIT THE SITE AND PERFORM THE ACTIONS REQUIRED
- Aesthetic issue inspection and report.
- Structural damages, crack, de-lamination, lightning strike damages.
- Assessment of root insert/studs/inspection and report.
AESTHETIC & SERVICE REPAIRS
- Aesthetich repair due to transit damage.
- Structural repair on blade surface due to transit damage or technical failure.
Additional:
- Regular AMC and inspection.
- Root insert/Root area lamination repair.
- Lightning protect system repair.
- And other ad-hoc services.
